Fifteen minutes into my lunch yesterday at Bistro Bis, I began to realize that this restaurant on Capitol Hill probably belonged at #9 or #10 on the "10 Favorite Restaurants" list that I posted yesterday.I started with a frisee salad with lardons, poached egg and a sherry vinaigrette. Superb. The grilled trout Grenobloise that followed was equally yummy.
Of course, adding Bistro Bis to the List of 10 Faves means I would have to take a restaurant off the current list. Time for more deliberating.
