I'm not what you would call a chocoholic, but even I am curious to check out CoCo Sala, a new chocolate boutique near 9th and F Streets on the edge of downtown Washington, D.C.Here is the eatery's Monde du Chocolat menu. It features 3-course chocolate "flights." One of them includes churros with cinnamon cream and dulce de leche dip.
