The olive is underappreciated. At least that's what I think.So I was pleased to see this brief article in the N.Y. Times, along with a recipe for a salad of sliced orange and olive paste.
Well, I plan on settling in tonight at my apartment, watching the Oscars and having a light dinner that includes sliced baguette and a wonderful olive-fig tapenade.
