I recently had yet another good meal at PS-7's, a restaurant whose biggest challenge seems to be its location — on the northern edge of Washington, D.C.'s Chinatown/Penn Quarter district. Driving down Eye Street, you could blink and miss it.
Everything is very tasty, but the best part of the meal is the first: the bread basket, which is highlighted by an amazing bacon-and-apple biscuit.
This restaurant is definitely a no-Atkins zone.
Anyway, chef-owner Peter Smith is doing excellent work at PS-7's. If you live in or visit Washington, it's worth a try.
