Winter Nights, Winter Squash
Whether it's acorn, butternut, Hubbard or other types of winter squash, I love 'em all. This web page from Whole Foods explains how to cook each of them.
Speaking of winter squash, I also stumbled on this food blog, Janet Is Hungry, which shared this interesting recipe for spaghetti squash fritters. It might be worth a try this weekend. Her blog is worth checking out too.
